Studio Policies
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid having the class deducted from your membership or pass. The same goes in the event of a no-show.
Clients with unlimited memberships who repeatedly cancel late or ‘no-show’ may have their booking abilities suspended temporarily. This helps ensure fair access to classes for all members.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any private sessions or you may be charged the full session fee.
Cancellations can be made through our website or by contacting the studio directly.
We understand that genuine emergencies and illnesses happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class to allow time for a smooth and safe beginning to each session. For safety reasons, clients who arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to join the class.
If you arrive too late to be admitted into class, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will be deducted from your pass/membership.
For private sessions, arriving late will reduce the time available for your workout. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for the next client.
Late arrivals can be disruptive to instructors and fellow clients. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to creating a positive experience for all!
All memberships and class passes are non-refundable.
Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment, after this point memberships can be cancelled or frozen with enough notice. To do this, get in touch with the studio before the billing date.
Class credits are only valid in the 4-week period and cannot be carried over into the next month.
Please show respect to your instructors and fellow clients. Any rudeness will not be tolerated.
This studio is a safe, inclusive space. Any behaviour that goes against this will not be tolerated and memberships/class passes will be terminated.
Please wipe down your reformer after the class with the provided spray and cloth.
Grip socks are required to be worn at all times in the class room.
Clients must complete a PAR-Q Form before taking part in any classes, please get in touch if you have yet to fill yours in.
