Welcome to The Reformer Club. By accessing or using our website https://www.reformerclubuk.com (“Site”), booking services, or attending any of our classes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Reformer Club is a Pilates and wellness studio offering in-person classes and events. All bookings, payments, and information are managed via our website or affiliated third-party services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to book a class or use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement or are doing so with parental consent.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our website or supported booking platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store any payment card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session without refund.

  • Class packages and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our classes, you confirm you are in good health and capable of performing physical exercise.

  • If you have any health conditions or injuries, you must inform the instructor before class and consult your doctor before participating.

  • You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur as a result of participating in any of our sessions.

6. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors and other clients with respect

  • Arrive on time for classes

  • Wear appropriate workout attire and maintain personal hygiene

  • Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior

Failure to comply may result in termination of your membership or access, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, branding, and class materials, is the intellectual property of Reformer Club UK and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reformer Club will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services or facilities.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our staff.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and process your personal data.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., Wix Bookings, Stripe, ClassPass) to manage bookings and payments. You agree to be bound by their terms and conditions in addition to ours.
