Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, low-impact workout that utilizes a specialized piece of equipment called a Reformer machine to enhance strength, flexibility, core stability and overall body awareness. This machine features a sliding carriage, springs, and various accessories like ropes and a footbar, allowing for a wide range of exercises. The reformer allows for different body postural types by use of its various adjustable features, meaning the workout can be tailored to you and your goals.

Reformer Pilates is suitable for beginners and people of all fitness/flexibility levels. The beauty of the reformer machine is that it is so adaptable and has so many adjustable features that make the exercise varied, interesting and fun while being tailored to what works for you and what you enjoy. Our aim is to create a safe and comfortable environment in which our clients are able to achieve their goals - whether that be toning up or simply to feel better. Our studio maintains that you can attend wearing whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that be leggings, shorts, joggers, baggy t shirts etc. The only non-negotiable is grip socks, which is with your safety in mind. Grip socks provide you with more purchase and stability on the Reformer Machine, and can be purchased from many places online.
