Start with a 45-minute beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class - slow, controlled, and suitable for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, this session is all about feeling good, not perfection.
Then… the best part!
You’ll be joined by 10 adorable Labrador puppies for cuddles, playtime, and plenty of serotonin.
